About the Observatory
The Quality Observatory is a project by the Plataforma ONG de Acción Social (Social Action NGO Platform), designed with the aim of becoming a common meeting place where information on Quality issues can be found and pooled.
Mission
To provide information on the status of QUALITY in the global area of Social Action and promote the exchange of knowledge and of the results of progress among Spanish NGOs.
Vision
To become a landmark as regards knowledge related to quality and the dissemination of best practices in the Social Action sector.
